Noticed that ACS data does not provide a GeoID and it is difficult to merge it with Census AFF data. Need to convert "Geo Name" into a GeoID to be able to "join" in ArcMap.
Here is an example of a GEOID for Honolulu County, Hawaii:150030030001000• STATE: The first 2characters are the State code• COUNTY: 3-characters are the county code• TRACT: 6-characters are the census tract code• BLOCK GROUP: 1-character is the census block group code
• BLOCK: 3-characters are the census block code
