HCDA's draft Mauka Area Rules contain a form-based land use code. (The first one in Hawaii?) Interesting to see what effect it has on development.
Not sure when these Rules will be adopted. The Public Comment phase seems to be over. I believe these Rules still need to go through Public Hearings.
